On June 19, 2022, Sun Telecom CEO Caesara Niu was invited to serve as a sharing guest in the "50 Entrepreneurial Women Forum 2022" hosted by China Association for Small & Medium Commercial Enterprises. The forum conducted by online live stream is divided into different themes. The health chapter focuses on the theme of "Women's Healthy Living and Advocacy".

Caesara Niu shared her personal experience and health philosophy. Caesara Niu used to be a medical doctor. She believes that everyone should be the first person responsible for their own health. To be responsible for oneself is to be responsible for the family and for the society. She advocates that everyone needs to learn some common knowledge and have a healthy living.

Caesara Niu, EMBA from Shanghai Jiaotong University, Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Boston University, Postgraduate from Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences & Peking Union Medical College, Bachelor from Norman Bethune Health Science Center of Jilin University, once worked as an application expert in the Asia-pacific technology and R&D center of medical unit of Kodex.
